My Xuan A2 Industrial Area was established on May 24, 2001, according to License No. 2205/GP of the Ministry of Planning and Investment. On January 23, 2002, the Ministry of Construction approved the planning of My Xuan A2 Industrial Zone according to Decision No. 126/QD-BXD with a total planning area of 312.8 ha, of which the area of industrial land for lease is 217.08 ha. Currently, the total planned development area of My Xuan A2 Industrial Zone and My Xuan A2 expanded Industrial Zone is 422.22 ha, of which the area of industrial land for lease is 326.5 ha. The industrial zone is planned to be located in the administrative area of My Xuan Commune, Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, now My Xuan Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, well connected to important administrative and economic centers. My Xuan A2 Industrial Zone is a bridge between investors and local authorities, to support investors in carrying out legal procedures in the stage of applying for investment licenses, construction and even after starting production operations in a simple and quick way, contributing to helping customers in the Industrial Zone to focus on production and business activities.
